EJ - TRAINER/CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR
Coming from a military background, EJ loves to bring in some of his military style training methods into his training routines. His torturous methods are not just there to make him smile, but also to force the body to adapt. Your body will burn, your muscles will ache, and at times you may even feel like giving up, but he won't let you until he's sure you've given it all you've got. It's intense, but the results will keep you wanting more and more. Just be ready to vomit or pass out from time to time.
Training Background: EJ once did a physique competition, but has recently switched to Powerlifting as a primary discipline. He loves the idea of getting strong without needing to do such strict diets that go with show competitions. EJ prefers Strength and Conditioning and bodybuilding types of training. He has trained multiple athletes for show competitions such as bodybuilding and bikini, as well as trained individuals for marathons, triathlons, and other outdoor competitions such as Spartan races and Tough Mudder. EJ's education background is in Athletic Training and Kinesiology and he has used that for rehab in his clients with injuries.
