    BYRON - GENERAL MANAGER/TRAINER
    Byron's preferred method of training is to train with a purpose. He will never have you do anything that isn't necessary to move you forward towards a specific goal. Just be prepared to sweat! Training Background: Byron's methods of training are circuit-based movements designed to condition the body towards a specific goal.

  2. EJ - TRAINER/CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR
    EJ - TRAINER/CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR
    Coming from a military background, EJ loves to bring in some of his military style training methods into his training routines. His torturous methods are not just there to make him smile, but also to force the body to adapt. Your body will burn, your muscles will ache, and at times you may even feel like giving up, but he won't let you until he's sure you've given it all you've got. It's intense, but the results will keep you wanting more and more. Just be ready to vomit or pass out from time to time. Training Background: EJ once did a physique competition, but has recently switched to Powerlifting as a primary discipline. He loves the idea of getting strong without needing to do such strict diets that go with show competitions. EJ prefers Strength and Conditioning and bodybuilding types of training. He has trained multiple athletes for show competitions such as bodybuilding and bikini, as well as trained individuals for marathons, triathlons, and other outdoor competitions such as Spartan races and Tough Mudder. EJ's education background is in Athletic Training and Kinesiology and he has used that for rehab in his clients with injuries.

    "No Way" is how you say his first name. One of Byron's many gifted athletes in the game of soccer, Noe is a recent add-in to the Fitness World family. Eager to learn more about fitness, Noe is on his way to getting certified as a Trainer.

    Introducing Kara Marshall, who sports a new kind of certification with Kettlebells called AMPED. If you want sore muscles and a quick way to get toned then this class is definitely for you. Just don't come complaining to us about how sore you get.

    Karrie is known for making her Insanity classes very engaging and quite difficult, which is probably the reason why it's so popular. If you are looking to sweat and feel the burn, please come by and get schooled in High Intensity Training by Karrie. It won't hurt...........much.

    Recently had a baby? Want to get back to working out but just don't know how to do that with your precious one always in tow? Come to Amber's class! It's perfect for the mothers (and fathers) who want to exercise but have their baby with them. The class engages both you and your baby in a way that the exercises are done with your baby! Not only is it a great workout, but it's also a fantastic way for you to bond even more with your little one!
